Outsourcing

Outsourcing has become a very popular means of cutting expenses by big corporations. Banks, technology companies, etc. have now gotten on the bandwagon of sending jobs such as customer service, technical and others overseas and taking it away from some innocent US citizen. What these corporations fail to realize is that quality customer service suffers from this shift, and ultimately the customer. After a telephone call this morning to a vendor who patched me to a customer service rep in India, I have confirmed my belief that there is no cure for this logistical nightmare. I, unable to understand the rep and he unable to understand me, finally ended the call in frustration with my needs unmet. Hey big corporation hear me and hear me now. I AM TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE...outsource that!
