Bailout? What about us?

It would seem that the Federal Government's bailout of our financial system would be opening a "can of worms". Who's next, car manufacturers, textiles, etc. What about the small business man? Why would they not deserve a "bailout"? While not on as large a scale, the small business owner and their clients have the potential to suffer a change in business that could "put them under", are the Feds going to come to the rescue then? Now that the line in the sand has been drawn, it will be interesting to see the side effects of the Fed's decision in the weeks and months to come. Who and how are they going to decide whom to assist or not? I'm sure that the topic of bailout will haunt our elected officials come "voting time", because there is going to be an unhappy population of business owners, corporations and others that need assistance and not get it...it will be the effects of those decisions that will trickle down to voters.
